Blue Heron Hideaway is a brand new, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home located in the Highland Parks community in laid-back Blue Mountain Beach. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We loved the house and it was perfect for our group of 2 adults and 4 kids!

The house is large and everything is clean and new. Two true master suites with large closets, spacious sleeping spaces and bathrooms. Extra half bath, always nice to have. Nice furnishings. Comfortable mattresses. Great refrigerator. Large common spaces for gathering - kitchen, dining, and living room areas. No photography tricks, it is as spacious as it looks on the listing, if not more. Our party of 6 was undersized for the space but we really appreciated having all the room. Front porches 1st and 2nd floors, side porches in master suites, lots of outdoor seating for chatting or getting away. Parking for four cars but not more. The neighborhood was quiet, the beach access is not really a walk unless you have a bit of time, but a very easy drive or bike ride. Bring a few basket coffee filters if you plan to use the coffee pot, they don't provide any (would be a nice touch). Management company very efficient and communicates clearly.

This home is beautiful, very spacious for a large family. The bright white gives it a clean and crisp feel. The walk to the pool is very close, only about 8 houses away. The public beach is about 1.5 miles away. The roads in the subdivision are tight but we were able to fit our vehicles in adequately. Destin is only about 15 miles away from the property as well. The rooms are spacious and the number of bathrooms in the house are nice with a large family. We stayed with 4 kids and 8 adults and the home accommodated us nicely for meals and sleeping arrangements. The kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking equipment and utensils you could need, with an ice maker too. There are tvs in each room and I really like that this home in particular had a small tv room at the top of the stairs for the kids. The property has a nice front porch and has the right amount of foliage to give it a private feel. There were a few things we noticed that could have been better but we fully understand that it was likely the cleaning crew overlooking these things, not necessarily the company booking the home. We very much enjoyed our stay and would book with real joy vacations again.

We loved every bit of this house and the lay out. We will definitely return to this home. So spacious and updated modern look and furnished. Big tvs were awesome in every room. Neighborhood is perfect. We loved it.
