Petit Bonheur is a hidden gem in Blue Mountain Beach, just a 3-minute walk to the shore and only six homes from the beach. With a lush backyard and private pool, this modern 4-bedroom retreat comfortably hosts up to 12 guests.
The spacious kitchen is equipped for group meals and gatherings, flanked by two dining areas: an open dining room and a bright breakfast nook. The layout flows seamlessly into the large living area, perfect for relaxing after a day out. One bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor, while three more await upstairs. The generously sized master suite offers direct access to the Crow’s Nest—an upper-level wraparound balcony where you can enjoy Gulf views, whether indoors in the comfort of air conditioning or out on the deck during sunset.
Families with little ones will appreciate the thoughtful amenities, including a high chair, pack and play, baby gate, and a hook-on baby chair for the table. A dedicated workspace is also available, ideal for those mixing business with leisure.
The fenced-in backyard feels like a private tropical retreat, complete with a shaded grilling area, plenty of seating, and a refreshing private pool—perfect for laid-back afternoons. The Blue Mountain Beach access requires a QR scan to enter -- be sure to bring one of the two lanyards provided to gain access to this beach. Head south down Sand Dunes Road until you reach Blue Mountain Road. Here you'll head west until you reach your beach access, Blue Mountain Beach.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

We loved the house and it's layout. We had several young children with us and the provided high chair and baby gate were utilized. The kids enjoyed the little pool in the backyard and the walk to the beach was reasonable. We all loved the view from the top of the Crow's nest.

My only negative feedback around this property was that the outdoor areas are unkept, not maintained and does not look like the pictures.We showed up to used soap and shampoo bottles lining the outdoor shower floor, it had not been cleaned whatsoever. The outside areas are all overgrown, zero maintenance. Spiders and spider webs everywhere. All chairs and loungers were filthy and falling apart. We booked this specifically for the private pool, but it was not a great place to hangout due to all of the mosquitos, spiders and bugs. Really disappointed in the outside spaces.

The house and location are great and very comfortable! We had 8 adults so it was perfect to fit us all comfortably. The living room and dining room table easily seated all us which was great for hanging out. Easy walking distance to the beach! Lots of great shade in the backyard.Communication with the management company who runs the listing was not ideal. We were not informed of a plumbing issue that required the septic tank to be worked on. This required an early wake up call that was not ideal while being in vacation.The umbrellas are broken and we were told the owners would drop off a new one but they didn't.You will receive alot of automated messages from the management company at first before talking to a real person so keep that in mind.Bring extra household items like dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper bc the house is very minimally stocked.
