Lovely 1 bed apartment with free parking - Pass the Keys

Clean and tidy with everything you could want for a short stay. Well situated just outside of the town centre with off street parking. Several bus routes run from the road outside into town and there are cafes a deli and Spar round the corner.

Very homely, we really appreciated the extra things, such as a washing machine, clothes airer, and all the utensils. Very friendly host. The space was great, it was lovely to have the room to move around. We appreciated the car parking space.

The place was nice and close to the city centre, about 20-30 mins walk or the bus was on the other side of the road into the city as well.

The waiver that was added after you booked the apartment, not good, advise you add this to the price or advise customers of this before hand.

Good location. Quiet and comfortable apartment at the back off the road. Parked and left the car and walked into town. The parking is very tight. Well equipped apartment. I would rate the apartment itself higher probably an 8 to 9. The only minor issue we found was a mouldy smell which was solved when the windows were opened however

This is listed in the policy and special information at the bottom of all the details however I did not see it and I had never encountered this before and would not have booked this apartment if I knew. Upon paying with only no cancellation option available I was sent a link to an external third party to 1) upload identification 2) upload selfie 3) pay either a £500 refundable bond but lose £10 fees or £40 damage waiver 4) sign a 4 page agreement which said I would have to prove that I had not made any damage if any was claimed otherwise more would be charged. I complained to booking.com but nothing to be done and I had already paid. This information should be shown up top with a warning before committing especially with no cancellation option.
