Suited our needs perfectly.

Bright, clean, comfortable, well-equipped accommodation. It was perfect for our stay. We travelled by train, but for those with vehicles, there is parking at the property. We inadvertently left behind some cables and chargers which the hosts very kindly posted to us.

For anyone less able-bodied, it's quite a walk to and from the city centre, especially returning to the property as the route is uphill, and Bath is very hilly. Fortunately, there is Uber.

A beautiful and peaceful space

This is a fantastic little place to stay for a couple of nights. It's beautifully presented, spacious, comfortable and clean. It is a ten min drive from the centre of town however a taxi is reasonably priced and parking in town was also easy. We loved the attention to detail too, such as the tea, coffee and milk and the toiletries. It was a really comfortable sleep and in a really peaceful area. Would highly recommend and we would return if ever coming to Bath again.

There nothing really not to like - there is a fridge and kettle; a toaster would have been a bonus but other than that, it was great.

Found a little gem of a place…

A great little place to stay. Very clean and quiet. Bed comfortable and the little “love” seat was cozy too! Outside seating to enjoy the sunshine and garden area. Val even put some fruit snacks in the room for us to enjoy. Milk tea and coffee was also provided. A great shower with plenty of hot water. No cooking facilities, but we was not planning on doing any cooking. A great gastro pub up the road. 5-10 mins walking, brings you to the Hare and Hound… gorgeous views to be seen. With plenty of patio seating and the breakfast there was pretty good too! Hop on a 31 bus, which is a 5 mins walk to end of road, and this takes you into Bath city centre. If you’re feeling energetic you can walk it… told it’s takes 20-25 mins. But I was easy to hop on the bus. A lovely trip away and would definitely recommend. I would come back to stay for sure.

Excellent convenient and comfortable place to stay near to Bath city centre

Very smart , clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and a good size.Nice small shower room with excellent shower and quality towels and shower soap etc. Fab location for us near Cotswold way and our family. Private, quiet and lovely area. Thanks to kind and thoughtful hosts.

The accommodation was miraculously clean and well equipped. The owners were warm and welcoming without being overbearing. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Great location for exploring Bath. Situated in a quiet and leafy part of the city. A superb bolt hole with everything you need to enjoy a short stay and explore Bath and the surrounding area. We were met on arrival by our host and although we had no reason to call them. were available for any problems should they have arisen.

Fantastic place, great location, spotlessly clean. Didn't see our hosts, but everything was in place for us, easy access. Felt very secure, and peaceful. Will definitely return.

Breakfast option would be nice, but appreciate not all venues provide breakfast, and wouldn't put us off staying again.

Recommended!

Location was fine for us although it may not suit everyone, being at the top of a hill some 20 mins walk from city centre. Mostly we walked there and back, but a good alternative is the number 31 bus on Landsdowne Rd to the city. Alternatively, a taxi is just a little over £5. The nature of the location, by the way, is in a mature suburb of large, leafy trees - very quiet with safe, allocated driveway parking. There’s a pub a little way up Landsdowne Rd which offers meals as well as drinks. Other than that it’s best to travel into Bath centre. The apartment itself is spacious, well-appointed and scrupulously clean - all the stuff travellers need ranging from an ironing board to a coffee machine to an electric fan. The owners are helpful and friendly, plus the gardens are delightful.

As is often pointed out, some travellers opt for criticism of some trifling issue wherever they go. Happily, we found the Studio just fine and it met our expectations so well we recommend it to others!

Far enough out of the way from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to enjoy the city!

Fantastic room that is much more spacious than we thought. VERY comfortable bed. Shower had suitably hot water. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Their dog Lulu is absolutely ADORABLE. Walking to town is all downhill, but plenty of buses and taxis available back if you don't want to walk 20 minutes back uphill. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

The road to the property is not very well lit at night time, but this is nothing to do with the actual property itself and is more for local knowledge.
