Enjoy a tranquil atmosphere in a great location. This home is just a quick walk to the emerald waters without feeling like you're close to a busy road. It's a "one song walk" to the beach! Take the back gate and get there in 3 minutes! The home sleeps 12 comfortably with both a formal living area and a flex game room. Enjoy the pool, play games and watch tv all together! There's something for everyone! There are three bedrooms upstairs with two full bathrooms. The living area is perfect for family gatherings and also has a sleeper sofa. There is an additional full bathroom attached to the fourth bedroom and a half bath downstairs. After a long day at the beach, you can use the outdoor shower and relax on the porch in the rocking chairs or swing. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up a meal! This property is on the west end right down the street from Beach Access 93. One of the perks of the west end is the lack of high rises and more beach space for you to set up! You can also easily drive to 30a for additional shopping and restaurants.

The perfect old school PCB beach house. Very close to the beach. The backyard is the best part. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is wonderful. The west end of Panama City Beach is the best. It is much quieter and less crowded. From the back gate it is a short walk to the beach. The beach access point is directly across the street. Having a pool and hit tub was a big plus. The inside is not quite as nice as the pictures represent. For example, there are multiple stains on the couch and it is definitely time to touch up the paint. The house is spacious, but the teenagers that slept on the bunk beds in the converted garage complained the lack of adequate ventilation. The kitchen was kinda funny since there was a very random assortment of supplies stored haphazardly. Overall, it is a great spot in a wonderful location. It could just use a little TLC.
