• Absolutely no pets allowed
• Please NOTE there will be a $500.00 security deposit HOLD placed on the card on file 7 days before arrival. You will receive an email after booking with more details on how and when this is done. This hold will be released in 3 days OR once the home has been cleared of any damage.

We provide a starter supply of essentials to get you through your first day — including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags.
For the rest of your stay, please plan to bring or pick up additional items, such as:

☀️ condiments, spices, and cooking oil
☀️ dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters

Sea La Vie is a fantastic property, within a 5 min walk to the beach and a private pool to use after the beach. The layout of the house is great allowing larger groups to comfortably spread out across the 3 floors. The only drawback to the house is that while there are 4 total bathrooms, there are only 2 full baths. It would have been perfect if the bottom floor had a full bathroom.

The house is visually appealing inside and outside, and it was adequate for accommodating our family of six adults and six children. Of course, the children loved the swimming pool in the back yard as well as the pool table in the game room. The other games provided on site were also a nice touch for families who enjoy board games and/or card games with their kids/grandkids. The close proximity to the beach as well as the beach chairs, towels, wagon, and body boards made our beach experience very pleasant. The keypad entry system on the front door and garage door worked well and didn't require us to keep up with keys or garage door openers. Overall, a great family vacation with many meaningful memories!

The house was perfect for our large group coming in for a week of baseball! Morgan was very attentive, responded in a timely manner with any questions and we couldn’t have had a better experience from start to finish.
