This beauty is located 300 steps from Public Beach Access 95. Best of Both Worlds, located between Rosemary Beach & Pier Park. Walk to Grocery stores/CVS/Dunkin Donuts/Waffle House/Bayou Bill's. Expansive sugar sand beaches welcome you after you've had your morning refresher on the front porch or the beautiful back porch overlooking the crystal clear, blue water of the inground pool. (no crowds at house or beach) Come home for lunch, head back for the kaleidoscopic sunsets or choose to lounge at the pool/spa/tanning ledge. The year round residents do not frequent the beach here - peaceful - pure bliss.

The house and Location were both beautiful. I would definitely give this 8 out of 10 . The only issue that hurt this rating was us having to pay to get the sheets and towels clean. I’ve never stayed somewhere where they require you to wash all of the linens and place them back onto the beds . Another point would be you have to pay for extra Jacuzzi/lights around the pool (which the kids loved ) hours ( they allow one hour)I’ve never stayed somewhere where you weren’t allowed full access to the Jacuzzi so for me and my family to enjoy our vacation and not have to clean linens from 11 people and be out by 10:30. We were required to pay extra. Also extra hourly for the pool/Jacuzzi time.

Had a great time! 6 adults and 4 children, ages 2 - 12 yrs old. Perfect little walk to the beach. Everything near by and of course ate at our favorites! House was perfect! Stayed 6 nights and cooked in 3 nights and went out 3 nights! The host has everything labeled and was very clean and comfy. Pool was awesome and kids loved it. Played some of the board game there. It was perfect and will be back one day!!! Thanks Chris!!
