The check in and check out process was easy. The house was clean and plenty big for our large family. The beach is right across the street. Literally a three minute walk as described.

Just finished my July 4th family vacation week at this house.
From booking, questions to ensuring our stay was problem free, Rich was fantastic.
The house is in a quiet area and very close to the beach - 2 minute walk. It’s in a golf cart community which allows an easy rental but it is not needed unless you have elderly guests or small kids to help with the load to the beach.
The house is on the high end of design with a modern fresh feel.
I’ve been going to this area for many years and I actually feel like this house was one of the best for location, comfort and value. The beach access is not as crowded but just as beautiful as 30A beaches (which is where I usually stay).
I sure did not miss all the crowds and traffic.
Try it, I don’t think you will be disappointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was nicely decorated, comfortable and with all the amenities we needed. Added bonus is the beach was only a short walk away. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to great shopping and restaurants.
