Minimoor Lodge

Really enjoyed the stay. Very clean. No problem arriving and getting the keys. 3 of stayed. 2 bedrooms 1 double bed and then 2 Singles. Bedding expectionally clean. Host we met briefly, very friendly, pleasant and close at hand.

Very quiet, country location, just a short drive to facilities, shops, etc. A perfect stop for us, a couple making a base for several days to explore Cornwall. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, all perfect for us. Very comfy bed, slept soundly. Bird song in the leafy garden, a rabbit visitor, all added to the tranquil setting. Hosts were very nice folk, helpful with our comfort and most respectful of our privacy.

We were attending a wedding nearby & this lodge was perfect for our 3 day stay. We particularly enjoyed the lovely sitting out area. The hosts Laura & Kevin were very welcoming. We had a few questions before our stay which Laura responded to very promptly. It was warm & sunny for the wedding day & Kevin was kind enough to lend us some sun cream which was much appreciated. The lodge is within walking distance of the lovely village of St Day where there is a local shop & a couple of pubs. Wish we could've stayed longer.

Could've done with some smaller (tumbler) glasses in the kitchen & some kitchen roll.
