Apartamento Maika Benalsun Pueblo Evita

Such a fantastic property! Me and my friend had a fabulous time there this week and looking forward to returning. Marie left fabulous welcome gifts for us in the apartment, and very thorough details about how to access the property, and was always available for any questions we had. We especially loved the patio balcony to enjoy a nice glass of wine and the sun is there from 1pm all the way through till past 9pm. The complex itself is lovely and clean with a great poolside bar serving food (the pizzas looked amazing!) and delicious cocktails (happy hour from 4pm-6pm). Plenty of sun loungers too which is always a bonus. The roadside exit from the apartment brings you right outside the Mercadona too. The rooftop pool was unfortunately closed this week as out of season but we still went up to look and the views were stunning. Can definitely imagine it will be lovely and quiet up there, even in the summer as it’s a LOT of steps so not child friendly. It’s about a 25 min slow stroll along the promenade to the Marina but plenty of bars and restaurants along the way. Uber is widely available in all areas so worth downloading the app if it’s too much to walk back. Can’t wait to return as this place offered us everything we needed for a short break away. The bonus of having 2 single beds also meant we still had full use of the sofa. I’ve researched other places in the area and this is definitely value for money for everything we look for in a property.

The Pueblo Evita complex is an absolute maze with a LOT of steps so can get confusing, however we figured it out within a couple of hours and certainly didn’t put us off, just gave us more exercise 🤣

Our host Maria, made it very easy for us to check in, gave us full details of how to access the apartment & the surrounding complex & pools. It was a great help on the day. The apartment is fabulous, spacious and the terrace is a great asset. Maria supplied us with loads of extra things and there was great extra touches, she gave us a wonderful welcome. The apartment is near to the bus routes, trains, the beach & the promenade. We had a fabulous holiday. There are a lot of steps, didn't put us off at all. It's a lovely apartment complex.

Host ( maria) was excellent any problem was sorted very quickly. We had a bit of a problem with the tv, but it was replaced by a brand new one next day!! Brilliant. Close to all amenities ( restaurants, pubs,supermarketand beach). Lovely roof terrace for catching the sun
