The apartment’s location is convenient — close to the beach and shops — and it was clean on arrival. However, our overall experience was very disappointing. The flat faces the street, so it’s quite noisy, especially at night. The bigger swimming pool was closed and we were not informed by the agency. Despite the listing stating there was a dishwasher, there wasn’t one. On top of that, the agency managing the apartment was very difficult to deal with. They tried to charge us extra enormous fees for things like a late check-in/out, and insisted on being paid in cash for the extra cot. We also discovered extra fees deducted from our deposit from their bank (international transfer costs) without being informed beforehand. When I called the owner/partner of the agency to discuss this, he hung up on me! The lack of honesty and professionalism was really frustrating. Be cautious if you book through this agency — they always seem to have an excuse ready for everything, and I have no doubt they’ll try to justify themselves in response to this review. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what was advertised or expected.

Good two bed apartment in good location. Could do with new bedding.

Location was great, layout of the apartment was good. Fridge cooker etc all good. Easy to get the keys Adrian met us at the entrance, showed us pool area and explained keys etc.

The bed linen could do with renewing as bobbly and old. Beds have had a lot of wear but we’re passable. Balcony furniture was ok except the cushions were dirty and on turning over had spilt drink all Over one. I washed them before sitting on them. I also washed the seat covers on sofa. These do get dirty due to dust and sand. Main double bedroom didn’t have aircon but twin room did.

The apartment was nice and clean, the furnishings pleasant. Within walking distance were the beach and shop. The complex had two swimming pools.

The pictures of the apartment gave the impression that the windows open to the park or the courtyard, in fact there is a busy street under the windows and the balcony of the bedroom, the apartment is noisy. In addition, during our stay, there was a four-day fair across the road in the park that worked from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. At that time it was impossible to be in the apartment because the loud noise and music were very loud. In communication, the owner was very arrogant and did not want to deal with the problem in any way.

Excellent location. Communication with agent for check in very clear and helpful. Beds very comfortable. Good black out blind. Grounds beautiful. Balcony spacious.

No tea towel or bath mat - simple things but frustrating if you don't have them. Pool was closed (from 1st Oct) - would have preferred to know this in advance.
