SUMMER/AUTUMN 2025 AVAILABILITY

This delightful apartment is decorated in a true Spanish style. You enter the tasteful entrance hall which gives a feeling of space. The stylish open plan lounge/dining room and American style kitchen leads through a sliding door onto a glassed in terrace/conservatory. The windows fully open and the patio door takes you into your own private garden. The master bedroom is en-suite and there is a second bedroom and shower room. The communal gardens and swimming pools are very well maintained. This is a gated apartment complex set in a quiet residential area. A host of leisure activities including golf courses and the Marina are available within the surrounding area making this the ideal location for holidays and long term lets. We have installed high speed WiFi facilities into our apartment. We know that this will be a great advantage to many of our guests who have requested this over the years. WiFi can be available for the whole period of your stay. This will enable you to use the internet and make use of free calls using Skype or Viber. You may know that Sky changed their availability in Spain and with it many of the normal TV channels are no longer available. We are delighted to inform you that with the high speed WiFi facilities into our apartment it is allowing us to pick up TV channels via the internet.

We stayed 3 nights. A bit hard to find. The address provided took us somewhere else. More info was provided by Tim on Whatsap, then we found it. We loved Benalmádena.

Arriving later than expected we were greeted warmly and shown round the property. Perfect quiet location for our long summer stay with good contact and although not right in the hustle bustle we managed to get plenty steps in exploring the area. The property was ideal for us and the garden area gave us that added space for taking in the sunshine surrounded by green parrots who seemed to love the trees! Lots of great bars and restaurants within good walking distance although lots of uphill walking to reach these areas. Superb to have towels and fresh bedding available in the flat which was ideal for lounging by the pool area. Thanks for a fab stay

The property was ideal for us with our two dogs the garden was great offering plenty of shade and sun the apartment had everything we needed including the TV which was perfect offering a wide range of English programs and films the apartment was spacious. The communal pool is outstanding very clean and surroundings kept beautifully. The location was perfect for restaurants bars beaches and supermarkets and the beautiful Paloma park, we stayed for 3 months and made a lot of Spanish freinds the Spanish were very welcoming and friendly within complex tim the apartment manager was easily contactable whenever we had any enquiries we can't thank Paul and Sheryl enough for letting us stay with our two dogs we had the most amazing time and hope to stay there again soon Pauline and pete

Spacious apartment in a location that is super convenient for exploring the best local sights and amenities all within a 15 minute walk. The apartment needed maintenance and some upgrades would have been welcome, however the great location made up for these.

A real shame. The property itself is good and has great potential. Mattresses really poor, kitchen utensils likewise and cleaning standard and general maintenance is barely adequate. It feels very much as though some years ago it was well loved and cared for but has simply been totally neglected since. We were ok for a few days having adjusted our expectations but expected more, especially after paying a significant security deposit for our small dog which we were happy to do because, we assumed, it meant the owners valued and cared for their property. Disappointed and also had to chase the deposit return.

While the property is in a good location, and was clean. the communal pool and area was well kept and clean, only problem having to take your own seating. Overall we felt it was tired and needed some up dating. We were disappointed with the private garden, the reason we chose the property, which obviously had not been kept in order. Also some of the fitments in the property really needed an over haul. The mattress cover on the double bed was so uncomfortable and noisy to lay on ,we removed it. Some of the electrical sockets did not work. the microwave plate did not move. There were other things as well. Suits someone who does not mind things being a little haphazard! We enjoyed the holiday despite these things, due to good weather, and position.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment and would love to return! We are a family of four, with two children under two years, and the apartment was so comfortable and suitable for us. Although the private garden is overgrown, it was a huge bonus for us and we made great use of it with the kids. There is also a beautifully kept garden with two swimming pools. The apartment itself is very spacious, with two bathrooms, great Wi-Fi and tv, which again was a bonus for us. A stone’s throw from the beautiful Paloma Park, 5 minute walk from a supermarket, 10 minute walk to Arroyo, 15 minute walk to the beach. The location was fantastic and we loved being there! The bed in the main bedroom was quite uncomfortable, but the twin room had more comfortable beds that we made use of. The host was amazing at communicating with us in advance of our arrival and went out of their way to accommodate our family which we were hugely grateful for. This was a great find!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property has a real Spanish feel to it. It was in a gated residential community which was very quiet. The place was very clean & well equipped with plenty of crockery,cutlery,pans etc. Not that we did a lot of cooking as the walk into town for bars & restaurants was only 15 mins away, through a beautiful park. TV had a huge selection of channels including sports channels. Sheryl, the owner was very efficient with all aspects of the rental. We were met at the gate on arrival by Sammy, no waiting around. The only criticism would be that more sun loungers we’re needed in the garden. Would recommend this as a great place to stay.

Stopped for 3 month, Dec Jan and Feb, it was ideal for us, close to all amenities, lovely private garden, excellent WiFi and television channels and quiet in the evenings. The management team, Wendy and Sammy, were rarely required but on the few times we needed them they were extremely helpful and friendly. Loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone who likes to be near entertainment and shops but does like peace and quiet once in for the evening

We stayed here for three weeks in February and really enjoyed our stay the apartment was very nice and had all the equipment that we needed the garden was an added bonus very nice to sit in the sun and just relax. Helen met us on arrival, she was very helpful, in fact over the first few days we had to telephone her quite a few times, and nothing was a bother for her. However, the garden is not as shown on the website, it was full of weeds and soil. We chose this flat primarily because of the garden, so we were VERY disappointed at the state of it. Although taking into account the fact that this was a winter holiday, we had to clean the sun loungers which we didn’t expect to have to do. Also whoever had previously been in must have had dogs because the throws that were over the sofas were so smelly that we had to put them outside in the garden, even putting them into the conservatory we could still smell them. However, the location was very good, near arroyo de la Miel and just 15 minutes walk into Benalmadena beach. Paloma Park was just a few minutes walk away.

Couldn't have wished for a better location, easy access to train station, next to a lovely park & within a 10 minute walk to the beaches & restaurants. The apartment had everything you needed, including a lovely enclosed garden. The only negative would be that the apartment could do with updating but didn't spoil our time there. We would book again.

Loved this apartment, home from home!! Had “Everything “ you need, just a bit out of the way for my parents with their mobility issues...... very quiet neighbourhood..... great pool too! Checking in was fab, the lady that was letting us into the apartment was actually there waiting for us when we arrived..... when we had a little blip she was there straight away to help solve our problem. If I decide to go to Benalmadina again without my parents I will definitely give this apartment another go.

We enjoyed staying in this apartment. Communication with Sheryl’s apartment manager was proactive and made the transition when arriving easy. The apartment itself was practical and the broadband worked well and the additional satellite tv channels. We liked the self contained, walled rear garden as it was ideal for our young children to play in safely. The gated pool on site was clean and had a lifeguard on duty. The apartment is a short walk to the beach (10 minutes) and a lovely park with good children’s play area within 5 minute walk. Lots of places to eat and drink out and safe area to walk around. We hardly used the car which we left in the allocated parking space outside the apartment. We would definitely consider returning again in the future.

From booking the flat through to being met on arrival was seamless. The flat was exactly as described, really clean, very spacious and in a great location. Everything was walkable and we found everything we were looking for easily. I would highly recommend staying here and if we ever came back I would not hesitate to rebook. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. I am leaving relaxed with very happy children!!!

Apologies for the late review, we lost our emails and have been away again. The apartment in Benalmadena was in an excellent position halfway between Arroyo (shops, restaurants and bars) and down the hill to the beaches bars and restaurants . The apartment was spacious and very clean , and we had a great welcome from Helen Boot who was on time and very helpful showing us around and explain where the main shops etc were. We got the train from Malaga airport and had an easy 10 min wall down to the apartment. Contact with the owner Sheryl Green has been excellent and very helpful. The aircondition was a necessity during the heatwave and the supply of inflatables for the beach was great for the kids. This is the first time we have used homeaway for an apartment and we will definitely be looking booking again. Overall great value , great location and great service. ☺

We had a lovely holiday at Sheryl & Paul's Apartment. Everything you need for a relaxing peaceful break, the garden was a bonus. Good location, set in a gated residential area, close to the beautiful Paloma Park. Helen met us at the Apartment, she is great, very knowledgeable about the area, always at the end of a phone if any problems. Nothing too much trouble! The agent met us at the appointed time, and gave a very thorough introduction to the property. Although the apartment was clean and tidy, I thought that the property itself looked a little tired - (yellow is not my colour), although everything worked well - except the TV. The best thing was that the TV had access to all channels - including all the football . However, the TV switched itself off after a given time, and missing a vital part of the game was not good. Starting the TV was also not straight forward. The kitchen hob must have been there for ages - but worked. All the other appliances were good. The bedrooms were comfortable, but entry to the shower unit was quite challenging, and the shower door need to be treated very carefully. It was nice to have a garden to sit in, and it was a very peaceful location. Supermarkets were within easy reach, as was the marina, although the up hill walk back to the apartment tested your stamina. The local park was beautiful, and the local public transport was brilliant. We never had use for a taxi. For 4 people it would be a bit a bit tight but manageable. As there were only 2 of us - it was brilliant.

The apartment was everything we were expecting, Sheryl had thought of everything you would need to make your holiday special. We were met by Helen who was very informative, nothing was too much for her, she advised us where to eat and shop and where the local bars were. The apartment is only a 5 to 10 minutes away from the beach, supermarkets and bars. We strolled along the prom to the harbour about 20 mins walk . Well worth the walk, we enjoyed the harbour so much we returned quite a few times. We were told to go to an indian restaurant called the flying indian, the food there was excellent, service great enjoyed it very much.. We were also very pleased with the TV every channel you could imagine, my husband could even watch live football matches, well worth 15euros a week when you do not feel like going out in the evening. If you want to visit other towns you can easilly travel by bus which we did. Go to a Tabac shop and buy a bus pass for 1euro 50 and put as much on it as you like every journey only costs 1euro 20 each way even an hours run and you just keep topping it up. We would recommend this property to anyone, we do not think you would be disapointed, great place in a great location. Thank you Sheryl for a great holiday and we are hoping to return soon. Really enjoyed the apartment , central for everything. The garden was nice although could do with a bit of tidy up. We sat out there in the sun most days - lovely. It is very easy to get to everywhere from this apartment, shopping and bars 5 mins away. Sams bar is very good and people who work there very helpful on where to eat etc. This apartment is in a really nice area very quiet and peacefull. We would recommend this apartment to anyone and we are hoping to return. Also Helen who greeted us at the apartment was very helpful, nothing was too much. Thank you Sheryl for a great stay. This property is the perfect location. It has everything you could possibly need and a secluded garden ideal for BBQs and sunbathing. Check in is easy, communication great if you need any help while you stay. Clean, bright, nice and cool, really home from home. The park, beach, shops, and promanard are all walking distance. You can get a train straight from Malaga airport to Arroyo (2 EURO) and the apartment is a 10 minute walk from the train station. You are also near bus stops and taxi rank if you wish to travel further up and down the coast. Pool on site is brilliant for sunbathing and has a life guard, I cannot recommend this apartment enough and will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for a brilliant stress free holiday.

Another lovely holiday

This is our fourt year visiting this apartment and we have left our deposit for next year too. It is perfect for a small family, very clean and bright & has everything you could need. Short walk from the beach and harbour and literally 5 minutes from lovely paloma park. We love it here & thank Sheryl and Paul for being so accommodating with our select d dates and slight amendments that we’ve requested in the past. Helen is very friendly and good communication from her is handy.
