Vintage Florida experience with Live Oaks, towering Cypress Pines and gators! Gated “55 year old+ community” (One renter must be 55+ and a second adult has to be 45+; all guests of any age have a 30 day maximum stay annual stay). Two month minimum. Country Club; amazing pool & hot tub! Home comes with use of a golf cart (with proof of insurance to me/owner) on 1000+ acre campus. Fun, fun, & fun!
I’ve owned this home for about a 3 year. It’s a pre- manufactured home valued at $179,900. The property has about 900 homes within the gated community. Most noteworthy Mickey Mantle was a resident back in the day :-); rumor has it he was eased out for too much partying -lol. Continental Country Club is charming and very friendly. If the “The Villages” was a dartboard Continental Country Club is the bull’s-eye; we’re surrounded & enjoy all the amenities of The Villages (nightly live music, restaurants, golf courses) but come home to smiles and waves from fellow residents. I often describe CCC as “blue collar”; it’s a lot of hard-working folks that own & rent; retired teachers, postal workers, manufacturing supervisors and a USA Veteran flag every 3 to 5 homes. The restaurant and lounge are second to none; food & service! The “Village People” (we lovingly refer to them as) come to get away from the hustle and bustle. The golf course has been significantly improved over the years but I would suggest leaving your wedges at home and chip with a seven wood -lol. The neighbors all look out for each other so don’t throw any wild parties or my phone will “blow up”; Enjoy, enjoy, and joy!

Brian, loved our time at your property. Had everything we needed and so many great touches and updates. The furnishings were all so nice and comfortable! Felt so welcoming the moment we walked in. Enjoyed making use of the grill and having the golf cart to buzz around the community. We can't say enough about the location and the community. So much to do! Very nice amenities and friendly people everywhere! Thank you for sharing your home with us and being so great to deal with! Can't wait to come back!
