This is a newer FULLY FURNISHED, 3/2 home on a Cul-de-sac. There is a spacious comfy living room with lots of seating as well as TV/DVD Player(cable/wifi).
The kitchen is features a dining area, as well as counter-top seating. It has a gas range/oven, toaster oven, microwave, Keurig.
The house has 3 bedrooms; a King in the Master, a Queen bedroom, and 2 Twin beds in 3rd Bedroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The total number of overnight guests, including children and infants, should match the reservation total with the max of 6 quest. Any additional guest over 4 will count as will be $30 per person, per night.
This home features 2 Bathrooms - Master is walk in shower, Second Bath had tub/shower combo.
Enclosed Screened Lanai with enough room for seating area and eating area. Also, has an outdoor grill. Great for cooking steaks, hot dogs, burgers and more. Cool down outside with the breeze and ceiling fan. There is a 2-car attached garage.
It is a short walk to community heated pool, large Rec center, dog park, archery range, park with walking trails, 5 Executive golf courses, Putt & Play, etc. As well as access to all Golfing, Rec Centers, Amenities, and Clubs throughout the Villages. Close to Brownwood Square and Shopping.

So overall I liked this property with definitely some issues. 1) Only the king mattress in the master is good. The queen mattress in the second room is completely shot to the point you roll to the center. The singles in the third bedroom are rock hard. We had no plans to utilize the third bedroom, but had to try them since the queen was so bad.2) There is an infestation of pharoh ants right by the front door. 3). When we went to get our passes for the rec centers, we were informed it was going to cost us 50 to get the first two at the sales center. Then we had to go to a rec center to get to guest passes for the rest of our party. We have stayed in the villages multiple times before and this is the first time we have ever had to pay an additional fee to get our passes. Other then this the unit was as advertised and was as expected.
