This home is comfortably decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals and an eat in nook. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if an evening in enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV sounds relaxing. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, walk in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms have queen size beds for your guests to feel right at home. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The screened in has a table & seats to enjoy your morning coffee or juice. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold drink before heading out to the town square and dance the night away.
This small dog friendly home comes complete and includes a Golf Cart, BBQ grill, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

We were visiting some family who live in Leesburg -- this was a perfect location! All of the amenities of The Villages, just a few miles from The Brownwood Paddock Square and seven miles from Sumter Landing. Only one roundabout to the Publix grocery store, Walgreens, and US 44.The home is located near an adult pool and is situated in a quiet cul de sac back off of Morse Road. It was sooooo quiet and peaceful!

This is a lovely home but when we arrived the yard was littered with trash left by the cleaning staff and scattered by animals. The house smelled like a wet dog on the inside, the icemaker didn't work, and the light switch on the golf cart was broken. The sheets on the master bed were stained with ink marks and caused a rash until re-washed in hot water. Further, the pricing info provided by VRBO was different than what the management company requested. After a long weekend, the customer service department responded and was able to correct golf cart and icemakers issues, so the rest of the week wasn't a total loss.
