Accommodations surrounded by a peaceful atmosphere, nestled in the heart of nature. It is located in Santa María de la Alameda, a charming village in Madrid’s Sierra Oeste region.
This is a beautiful home with modern features and ample space for 22 guests.
It consists of two living rooms, one on the first floor and the other on the first floor, both equipped with several sofas and a television. The living room on the first floor opens onto the terrace, while the one on the first floor has a large window offering spectacular views of the mountains.
It features a spacious kitchen with modern furnishings and is equipped with various appliances to make household chores as convenient as possible.
It also features a separate dining room with a large table and plenty of chairs, and this space also opens onto the terrace.
It has six bedrooms, arranged as follows:
-The master bedroom, with a double bed.
-Two double bedrooms, each with two single beds.
-A triple bedroom with three beds.
-A bedroom with five single beds.
-A bedroom for three people, with one double bed and one single bed.
-Extra beds and cribs available.
It also features three full bathrooms, one per floor, all fully equipped with a shower stall and everything you need for your daily hygiene routine. Wheelchair accessible.
Outside, there is a spacious terrace with a barbecue area and a sun deck, which, during the summer, includes a portable pool—perfect for the little ones to enjoy the water.
The property has a parking space and also allows pets upon prior request.
A security deposit of €150 is required at check-in and must be paid via Bizum or any other method. This deposit will be refunded once it has been confirmed that the house is in perfect condition.
- Parties with loud music that disturb the neighborhood are not permitted.
- The building manager may stop by to check on the property if necessary.
- There are outdoor cameras.
- The security deposit will be refunded the day after checkout.
- Additional guests are subject to a surcharge and must be declared.
