Comfortable, clean, very cute apartment, nice location, beautiful building. Easy check in. Very good communication.
The bathroom door doesn’t close properly and no fan in the bathroom.
It would be nice to have the microwave instructions.

the apartment was very nice and easy to access, we had no problems checking in and the phone automated lock was very useful. the location was great, right next to the metro and several bus stops, as well as many stores and supermarkets.
The apartment was very clean and tidy, and they made sure there were enough towels for all of us, which was appreciated.
the only draw back was that the couch bed wasn't so comfortable, there was something sticking out a bit right in the middle of it, which made it hard to lay very comfortably, but it wasn't too bad.
it is also important to mention that the apartment doesn't have a lot of natural light, even with both the windows open, but that is mainly because it is on a ground floor like level, so is partially expected.
