This cosy and comfortable cottage is in a quiet cul-de-sac and is only a few minutes walk to a beautiful harbour with restaurants, pubs and shops. Also nearby is a lovely beach and scenic cliff top walks.
The cottage has two upstairs bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a double; a bathroom with bathtub and shower on the first floor and a washroom with toilet on the ground floor.
Downstairs there is a living room with smart TV, kitchen, and dining area.
There is a sunny garden with seating area at the back, and free parking on the driveway at the front.

Comfortable beds,well equipped. Good location, close to port centre. Parking for one car. Sunny garden which could be tidier.

comfortable property walking distance from local amenities. we had a good stay, exploring town and local beaches. well equipped kitchen Garden was a bit poor, not somewhere to chill, but that was shown in the photos and cornwall has room to spare outside

Communication with host: Gerald, was excellent. He responded immediately to our messages and was very helpful throughout. The property was very clean and well equipped with good instructions on how to use all facilities. The location is perfect to explore Porthleven on foot and the parking space, a very welcome bonus.
