The house was easy to find, in a lovely location, with great views across the town and across Penzance bay and was really comfortable, especially the sofa! We had everything that we needed. Kerrie was quick to respond to any questions we had. The provision of teabags and local biscuits was appreciated. The kitchen was really well stocked and we had no problems in finding appropriate utensils
A plug for the sink upstairs would have been nice! But this was not really a problem for any of us!

The location , we were able to walk to the town every day. The house was very clean, nicely decorated.
Neglected garden (back & front). No umbrellas, below standard outdoor sitting. Rug under dining table dangerous (trip hazard).
Kitchen poorly equipped. Only 5 wine glasses not matching. 4 tea spoons, 5 side plates, no tea pot. Luckily we didn’t cook anything as it would have been difficult with the equipment made available.
The mattress in the smaller double bedroom needs replacing because of broken spring.
