Lovely and pleasant stay. Would have been fantastic if we were told WiFi / TV not working at first.

The property was fantastic in a really convenient location and everything we expected it to be.

The Wi-Fi was not working - we couldn't even find the hub that was meant to be. On contacting the property letting agent we were told the Hub was in the upstairs apartment which wasn't ideal. The agent then called back to say they are unable to contact the people upstairs and for us to contact them which we did. The people upstairs too had complained that they had tried everything and the wifi was not working and it seems the problem has been going on for a while. I would rather have been told there was no WiFi / TV and the truth rather than been lied to by an agent earning money from this property to do a poor job.

No manual for washer/dryer They could have simplified instructions on dishwasher by putting labels on panel. Owner did not answer my two questions. I followed up and they once again did not answer. No excuse unless Booking did not forward my questions. Very time-wasting, trying to find a manual, online (machine was too old). Two hours of starting and restarting machine. VERY FRUSTRATING!!! Had to pack wet clothes and rewash them at next destination.

Disappointed

Location was great close to harbour and all amenities.

Accommodation was not serviced on arrival. Eventually made contact with Sykes in Cheshire - was advised cleaners would be there by 5.30pm but they didn’t arrive. Had to leave possessions in the living room and go to pre booked restaurant in travel clothes!! Not able to change or shower. Was offered a £50 refund at this time by Sykes. Which has not been forthcoming despite chasing by e-mail. Returned to accommodation at 10.30 pm to find cleaners had been but we were then unable to get into the property! Had to call out the emergency number and await a member of staff to turn out to get into the property which we eventually did. Rooms were serviced by this time. But a very disappointing start to the holiday. Followed by disappointing follow up by Sykes. The property itself was very nice and in a good location. But nonetheless left us disappointed!

parking would have been really good. instead of 6pm till 9am,monday to saturday and all day sundays, although there is a car park in easy walking distance, but in busy periods can be full.

Absolutely superb location with everything right on the doorstop. Very clean & modern with very comfortable beds.

The noise from the apartment upstairs was very loud, you could hear every footstep & at one point it sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling!! Could do with some sort of shelving in the shower cubicles as having to bend down & retrieve your toiletries from the shower tray was interesting when it’s such a small space.
