Welcome to the SunDestin Beach Resort by Scenic Stays, the premier condominium in the heart of Destin situated on a private beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! The onsite Scenic Stays team at SunDestin looks forward to welcoming you to your next beach vacation at our 24-hour front desk. The experience of a lifetime awaits! SunDestin Beach Resort features expansive onsite amenities including a newly renovated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, steam room, sauna, outdoor tiki bar (open seasonally), workout facility, event/meeting space, gift shop, complimentary DVD rentals and much more!
Upon entry to SunDestin Unit 1601, you are greeted by a fully appointed, well stocked kitchen for home cooked meals or a quick snack to take to the beach. An open dining and living room concept immediately follow, with comfortable seating for 4 guests and a relaxing sofa and armchair set after a long day at the beach and pool. Sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and the emerald waters welcome you from the living room and spacious balcony with seating for two. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and calming sunsets directly overlooking the beach!
Refresh every night in the comfortable king bed located in the master bedroom or the double bed and twin bed located in the guest bedroom, while the kids relax in the queen sofa sleeper located in the living room. Enjoy the flat panel televisions located in the living room and bedroom both equipped with DVD players. DVD rentals are available in the lobby directly across from the gift shop!
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Beautiful views and very clean. Some basics were missing and quality was less than expected although it wasn’t bad. would stay here again for the building amenities and location right on the beach.

Condo itself was amazing, clean and an amazing view. The property had alot of renovations going on so we were woke up every morning around 7am from drills and workers. Only inside pool was open.

Very outdated property for the price. Tvs were probably the first flat screens made, can't turn mb fan on... front br had no curtains... brought lights from hall shining in window- but it had a newer tv... no pull chain... kitchen is not stocked well, communication was minimal... we enjoyed our stay overall, but they should adjust pricing.... and communicate better....
