The balcony provides seating for four, ideal for sipping your morning coffee while taking in the warm gulf breeze. This lovely two-bedroom vacation rental features cozy sleeping options for up to eight people with a large king bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the guest bedroom, along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. Please also note that there is currently a temporary detour in place for lobby access as enhancement work continues in select areas of the resort.
While construction activity is still present on-site, it is now far less invasive than it has been previously as the project enters its final stages and crews continue winding down operations. The check in process was easy and fast, but there are not many carts available to carry the luggage to the room. The room looks amazing with plenty of beds available for the kids, the kitchen had most of the things needed to cook with the exemption of a few things like a cutting board and bigger pots, otherwise we had an amazing stay. Will definitely come back.

This resort was Perfect for us! The Condo looked exactly like the pictures, and it was just steps out of the building and onto the beach! We rented chairs for the week and enjoyed every minute! The weather was perfect too!

It is a really nice place, the apartment is so clean and organized. The only thing we didn't like were the beach services, there are many restrictions on the use of umbrellas and the prices charged for using local umbrellas are very high compared to other places, so we prefer not to use them. I would suggest including these costs in the per diems or reducing them so we can use them next time.
