We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the view was amazing.

The Master Bathroom is a little on the small side.

Location was close to everything, it was on the beach with private access like we wanted, pool, hot tub, steam room were all in good condition, room was comfortable and spacious enough for 8 people, the 2 bathrooms were a plus, plenty of towels and linens for the beds, all the amenities were a big plus, dishes, laundry in room, dishwasher, and stove to cook, enjoyed our stay

Called down to front desk 3 times with no answer, hallways and elevators were hot, water pressure wasn’t great, and the main concern was that the deadbolt didn’t lock and the top inside swing lock was connected to a piece of trim that had been broken and glued back together with wood glue, so we never really felt secure when sleeping!!

Location, indoor and outdoor pool, splash pad for kids, well stocked convenient store and restaurant. Also, movies available on tv.

There were no extra covers for the sofa bed

When we arrived it was 3:15 with a check in at 4. Per the host she stated she could get me registered to our room but that the management company, RealJoy, would not allow a check in before exactly 4. I had asked RealJoy beforehand hand if there was anything going on at the site that would prevent access to the pools as we would have kids on the trip and that would be main activity. I was told that the pools were open, no issues. Once arriving we found that all outside pools/hot tubs were closed due to major construction that was going on. When RealJoy was asked why this information was not related the reason was “the representative you were speaking with was mistaken” they also stated that this information was on the booking information. I went back and looked under property description and amenities with nothing being noted. The representative I was speaking with had to walk me through where to find this information that in my opinion was hidden. One toilet was loose from the floor so it rocked when you used it. The main bathroom door was hanging on one hinge keeping it from closing and that toilet had a catch in the flush lever that would keep the toilet running water continuously. The patio table was made of PVC pipe and falling apart when we arrived which eventually fell apart. These issues were reported and the only thing corrected was the door being rehung and the patio table was removed. The washer and dryer were micro sized that would only accommodate approximately 5 articles of clothing per load, the description stated washer/dryer in unit which made one think it would be stackable/standard size. The pictures somehow make the place appear way bigger than it actually is.
