Was disappointed in the yard. It wasn't as nice as the picture indicated. We live close by and were having family stay there and if it wasn't for me reaching out to David with pictures I am not sure if the grass would have been mowed before we got there. The grass was over run with weeds and definitely wasn't kept up to what the picture showed. Outside of that the inside was nice and everything else about the stay was very good.

This was a great place for us to stay to visit our son at USAFA. The main goal was to make lots of home cooked meals for he and his friends, and for the most part we had every dish and pan we could have wanted. The only downside was a lot of dust collected on the upper walls, and the yard was in pretty bad shape. The grass hadn’t been mowed in a long time and the outdoor furniture was unusable due to warped wood and pieces falling off the chairs. It would have been nice to sit outside with the entire family, so that is one issue that we had during our stay. Otherwise this property is great for dinners and movie nights in the basement. Overall we are really happy we stayed at this property!

We enjoyed the house - clean, plenty of room, great view of Pikes Peak from the kitchen. Living room could use more seating. Communication with the host was excellent.
