Welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath family retreat! Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, this home offers both privacy and convenience. Whether you're lounging in the large yard with stunning mountain views or making the most of the home’s many amenities, your stay promises relaxation and adventure. With easy access to I-25, you're just minutes from Garden of the Gods, the Air Force Academy, world-class hiking, breweries, and much more. This home is ideal for families, couples, and groups looking for a memorable Colorado getaway!
This multi-level home is designed for both comfort and entertainment, with a wide range of amenities for guests of all ages:
Main Level: The main floor features two of the home’s four bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes a luxurious walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet, offering a private retreat. The main level is also equipped with a washer and dryer for added convenience.
Basement Entertainment: Head downstairs to find a fully equipped entertainment area complete with a shuffleboard table, bar area, and a large TV for movie nights. The basement also includes two additional fully furnished bedrooms, board games, and toys to keep the kids entertained.
Outdoor Space: The large private yard features breathtaking mountain views, comfortable patio furniture, and plenty of space for outdoor games.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to ensure comfortable cooking home-away-from-home, including coffee options for all levels of coffee enthusiasts.
There is no shortage of sleeping space with one king-sized bed, two queen-sized beds, and two twin beds. Each of the three full baths are equipped with shampoo, condition, and body soap, as well as a hairdryer both upstairs and downstairs.
Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay, including the 3-car garage. The home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large outdoor space. The only restricted areas are the locked shed on the side of the house and two locked cabinets within the house used to store supplies for cleaning and restocking. The home also offers easy self-check-in with a keypad for a smooth arrival.
Other things to note
Enjoy free coffee, a fully stocked spice set, and all necessary essentials like laundry detergent, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent to make your stay as seamless as possible.
For families with young children, we provide a pack-n-play to ensure comfort for your little ones.
Parking: Comfortably park 2 cars in the garage, 2 more in the driveway, and another 2 in the cul-de-sac. Please be careful not to block the fire hydrant.

This home has everything you need. We had 7 adults in our extended family stay and the layout of the home made it possible to all be together or separate when needed. We grilled and cooked meals for the whole family. We especially loved the outdoor space. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We can’t say enough about how great this stay was. All amenities were intact and operational. We enjoyed the downstairs area and playing shuffleboard. Located in a quiet cul de sac we had a pleasant experience. I locked us out of the home and the owner was very helpful and in no way frustrated by my error. We would love to take home the sweet dog from the neighbors backyard. Slept as comfortably as we do at home. We are already looking for availability for our next trip to he area!
