Settle into this spacious 5-bedroom home tucked away on a corner lot in Monument. With a main-level primary suite, walk-out basement, two living areas, and space to sleep 11 comfortably, it's a great fit for families, groups, and longer stays. Just minutes from downtown Monument and a short drive to the Air Force Academy.

This spacious home offers nearly 3,000 square feet across the main level and walk-out basement, giving families and groups plenty of room to relax and settle in. The main level features a semi-open layout with a comfortable living room, fireplace, and Smart TV, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The fully stocked kitchen flows easily into the dining area, making shared meals and everyday cooking simple and convenient.
The primary bedroom is located on the main level and includes a king bed and a private en suite bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Also on the main level is a dedicated office space, now furnished with a queen bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements while still serving well for guests who need a quiet place to work during their stay.
The walk-out basement adds a second living area with another fireplace and Smart TV, along with a twin-size sleeper sofa that provides additional sleeping space. This level also features a foosball table for easy entertainment and direct access to the backyard. Three additional bedrooms are located downstairs, including one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a full bed. A full bathroom serves the basement bedrooms as well as a laundry room, making the lower level comfortable and functional for extended stays.

Everything was as described. We had no issues during our week stay. We utilized all the rooms and were very comfortable. We used the grill one night without issues. We didn't get a chance to use the firepit. We definitely recommend this house for your stay. Quiet area too. Host is great to work with!

We enjoyed our stay in this great Monument property while house hunting. We loved relaxing by the fireplace on the very cold nights. Our dugs loved the backyard and the location was great! We even saw mule deer walking across the street several times.

Arrived 3 days after a large snow storm (14") - no path had been shoveled from the driveway to the front door. Had to trudge through snow nearly up to my kneecaps to get to the door, then hunt for a shovel, and then shovel a path so I could bring belongings in. Arriving alone, and a person with a back injury, I advised manager they would be responsible if medical treatment was necessary - response was reprehensible.
Chair at heat of table was wobbly and unsafe. Advised management company.
Urn on back upper deck full of cigarette butts (not ours - we don't smoke).
Lower back door unlocks buts does not open.
Aside from that, the property is spacious, tastefully decorated, and absolutely gorgeous, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. If you're looking for a place where family can spread out and have a bit of privacy, this is a great location.
