This was the PERFECT home base for our week of USAFA graduation and a wedding! Our family with young adults had plenty of space to gather without feeling piled on top of one another, and there was also ample space to spread out for some alone time. We made good use of the game room and the fun games and puzzles in the closet. Location was perfect as well - close enough to USAFA but not in a traffic-heavy area. Also enjoyed the trail nearby for a perfect morning walk with beautiful views (see photos). Kyle is hosting a beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed home away from home.

Kyle was a great host and went out of his way to accommodate our early check in request to get ready for a wedding. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property in this area.

Property was very clean and the amenities were great also. I will just note that if you have arthritis or bad knees, there are a lot of stairs to climb. No bedroom on the main floor, all are on the 3rd floor. I did not think about that when booking the property. The location was great for the event and family we came to see.

Home was very clean, host was easy to communicate with. Loved the extra touches of coffee and creamer and restaurants nearby. It was wonderful to have access to the garage for our car especially when it snowed. Most deinatle would recommend.
