Bathed in serene ocean blue and filled with cozy furnishings, you’ll find this restful retreat loaded with everything you need. This one bedroom, and one bathroom condo accommodates up to four and is brimming with expansive gulf-front views. The bathroom has been beautifully newly renovated, offering a fresh and modern feel, and a recently added laundry room with a washer and dryer provides extra convenience during your stay. The kitchen is pristine, fully equipped, and loaded with substantial cabinet and counter space for meal prep. Watch a movie from the couch in the living room with flat-screen TV or catch a sunset on the balcony, directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Doze on the queen-sized sleeper sofa or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV and en suite bathroom for added convenience.
Spend your days relaxing on the beach, splashing in the water, and getting your tan on or venture off property and indulge in water activities, an array of eateries, and endless shopping!
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

While construction activity is still present on-site, it is now far less invasive than it has been previously as the project enters its final stages and crews continue winding down operations. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations while setting clear expectations in advance to help ensure a comfortable and positive stay during this improvement phase.

i will not stay somewhere that has beach vendors unlawfully taking over the beach and the views. Also i will be able to put my umbrella or tent where i choose within reason, these vendors are ruining a good thing and all the renovations going on are going to be a waste if continued, you should market as a free beach and would attract more clients

Very nice condo. Furniture could be improved as could the mattress but it is possible it just isn’t what we are used to from our home. The view and beach access were great. Very friendly staff. Great location to shopping and restaurants. 10/10 would recomend

We chose this spot because it had almost a five star rating. Based on our previous travels, I would give it a 3. The property was clean but was under construction. As a result, the balcony had exterior finish all over it and the rails. There was daytime construction noise. There was a scaffold going up and down by the balcony during our entire stay. To be fair, the contract did mention construction at the facility. The unit interior had an older feel. Appliances were older and cheap with the oven taking forever to preheat (like over 25 minutes). Bathtub was a slip hazard. Unit could use a few additions like new ice trays and a pizza tray and pizza cutter. The bed was comfortable but the living room furniture was not . The air conditioner unit is right by the bedroom and VERY loud when it kicks on. A ceiling fan in the bedroom would be a great addition to keep air circulating. Still unsure what was attached to the bedroom television. It strangely resembled a camera. ?? We were not expecting the ocean to be closed to swimmers and both of the condo pools to be closed for the first few days of our stay. Parking was difficult because of the construction area and worker parking. Overall, it was an okay get away, but I don't think I would return to this unit or location.
