Experience a true vacationer’s dream at SunDestin Beach Resort, located just steps from the famed white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Destin, FL. The Scenic Stays team is available 24 hours a day to assist you via our front desk.
With a variety of exciting on-site amenities, SunDestin Beach Resort is sure to become your vacation go-to for years to come. This family-friendly condo features a newly renovated outdoor pool, as well as an outdoor hot tub. Exercise in the fitness room, pick up a souvenir from the gift shop, or rent a complimentary DVD for a movie night. The gorgeous conference room boasts a gorgeous space for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar, along with beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee).
SunDestin 1101 is a beautifully decorated, two-bedroom, two-bath corner unit boasting sweeping panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Located on the 11th floor, this lovely unit is the perfect accommodation for every occasion.

- Master Suite with brand new king sized Stearns & Foster mattress, 49” Smart TV, DVD, new granite topped vanity area, walk-in shower and separate balcony entrance.
- Guest Suite with a brand new king sized Stearns & Foster mattress, 43”Smart TV, DVD, new granite topped vanity area and shower/tub combination.
- With two king sized beds, this condo is a GREAT choice for two couples looking for a spacious, well equipped beach getaway!
- New tile throughout the whole unit.
- Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite countertops and adjustable lighting.

Please note that the splash pad is currently not operable and will remain closed until further notice while ownership determines future plans for the area. The fitness center remains open for guest use during this time.
Guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. Please also note that there is currently a temporary detour in place for lobby access as enhancement work continues in select areas of the resort.
While construction activity is still present on-site, it is now far less invasive than it has been previously as the project enters its final stages and crews continue winding down operations. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations while setting clear expectations in advance to help ensure a comfortable and positive stay during this improvement phase.

Everything was extremely clean and worked perfectly staying here! Beautiful views of the beach and staff was extremely welcoming and helpful! There was plenty of room for 5 of us and we had the absolute best time, our daughter’s first beach trip was amazing. We will definitely be back!

Great location, perfect setup, had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The only things missing are ceiling fans and washer/dryer in the unit but they are available downstairs.
