The Space:
Located in the heart of Destin, FL is SunDestin Beach Resort. This large property boasts many amenities, including an outdoor pool, where you can take a break from the sand. Take a dip in our outdoor hot tub to relax or sit in the sauna for a while. Get a quick workout in the fitness center. A few of the seasonal amenities include a tiki bar, beach chairs, and umbrellas that can be rented for an additional fee.
SunDestin 1204 is a bright and airy one-bedroom condo with sleeping for six guests. When you walk in, you’ll see the bedroom with a king bed and a TV. A full bath can be accessed from the bedroom and a half bath is accessible from the hall for guest convenience. Twin bunks are in the hallway- they’re great for kids. Walk into the common area and find the open kitchen, living and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The dining room table seats four and the living area has a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a large TV and DVD player so you can take advantage of the complimentary rentals that come with your stay. Walk through the sliding door to find sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico. This one-bedroom rental has everything you need for a great Destin escape.
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. Please also note that there is currently a temporary detour in place for lobby access as enhancement work continues in select areas of the resort.
While construction activity is still present on-site, it is now far less invasive than it has been previously as the project enters its final stages and crews continue winding down operations. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations while setting clear expectations in advance to help ensure a comfortable and positive stay during this improvement phase.

The overall stay was enjoyable however I wish we were aware of the construction going on. We had to park across the street and our room was very outdated which for the price we paid was a bit frustrating. It was definitely livable and a nice room just the price didn’t match the quality at all.

Gorgeous gulfviews, a little dated to be expected, hotel itself was very nice other than construction(not their fault), the store and restaurant downstairs were lifesavers. Overall 9.5/10 would certainly stay here year round if I could

Pictures online are deceiving. Says it sleeps 6 and it does but there is no where for baggage for other people sleeping in the bunks and couch, unless you want it in the kitchen or walkway. Two chairs on the patio are ripped and no cups for drinking only coffee cups. Great view for sure but next time will pick a bigger unit for my family of 5.
