Get ready for a relaxing stay at SunDestin Unit 1003. You’ll find the perfect home away from home in this gorgeous one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Filled with beautiful furnishings and beachy decor, this restful retreat has something for everyone! Prepare full-blown meals, fancy hors devours, or simple snacks in the fully appointed, spacious kitchen. Lounge in the open-concept living/dining area with a flat-screen TV and plenty of seating for all. Savor breathtaking views from the private balcony, directly overlooking the gulf. Awake renewed after a restful night’s sleep on either the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen television, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.

Guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. Please also note that there is currently a temporary detour in place for lobby access as enhancement work continues in select areas of the resort.
While construction activity is still present on-site, it is now far less invasive than it has been previously as the project enters its final stages and crews continue winding down operations. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations while setting clear expectations in advance to help ensure a comfortable and positive stay during this improvement phase.

Overall very great stay. Woken up by construction but was warned beforehand.

Really enjoyed our stay. The facility had everything we needed - convenience store, beach rentals, restaurant, drinks. There was still some construction going on, but it was minimal and did not inconvenience us.
The only thing I would change is to remove the Starbucks coffee cup from the brochure. Seeing this We actually assumed there was Starbucks coffee on the premises.

Location to the beach and restaurants are excellent. Staff was friendly. The only negative feedback I have is the rooms and furniture needs updated and the outside pool was still closed. Otherwise everything you need is available and the beds were comfortable.
