About this house rental
Beach House Casa Luna is modern and recently renovated, located in a quiet area yet close to everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.
It’s just an 8-minute walk to the beach, and along the way you’ll find all kinds of restaurants and shops. Just a few minutes’ drive away are the bustling beaches, and a bit farther (15 min) are Marbella and Fuengirola. Golf courses, hiking trails, and bike paths are also nearby.
It’s an entire house all to yourself, spread over 3 floors. Upon entering, you’ll find a large room divided into a dining and sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine.
At the back, you’ll find a large terrace adjacent to a lawn, complete with a large awning, a garden table, and lounge chairs. The garden faces southwest, so it’s nice and sunny all day long.
A staircase leads to the first floor, which features two large bedrooms, each sleeping two people, equipped with air conditioning (new in 2021) and built-in closets. Both bedrooms have a balcony and roller shutters.
On this floor, there is a large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. On the rooftop terrace, you can enjoy a stunning 180° ocean view. On clear days, you can even see Gibraltar and Morocco. Two comfortable lounge chairs provide a lovely way to end the day. The shared pool, like the entire residential complex, is fenced in and therefore safe for children.
