A three bedroom, two bathroom villa with south facing pool, secluded garden, games room and glorious views of the ocean in the lovely area of Calahonda, Costa Del Sol, Spain.
The villa is tastefully furnished, using carefully selected colours and fabrics. There are three bedrooms (each sleeping two), two at the back with garden and sea views and a shared bathroom, and the master at the front with its own recently fitted en-suite bathroom. A large lounge with dining area, a small study / utility room, an externally accessed games room and a fully fitted / equipped kitchen complete the accommodation. Patio doors lead off the lounge to the covered terrace offering wonderful views over the sea. A child friendly terrace gate leads you down some easy steps into the attractive secluded garden with shrubs and trees and a sloping lawn leading down to the oval pool. There is a covered barbecue, convenient drinks fridge and dining area in a corner of the garden and, at the front of the house a cool terrace with small table and chairs. Next to that, a spiral staircase leads up to a small and private roof terrace.

The Costa del Sol is renowned for its Golf courses and great golfing climate. The closest to the villa, Cabopino Golf, is a 10-15 minute walk away. Their driving range is a 5-10 minutes walk away on the walk down to the beach. You can of course drive to either.

Should you require it, airport pick-up and a welcome pack (food supplies/tea/coffee etc) can be arranged in advance, both for a small charge. Our Management Company is also close by to assist you if needed.
