About this apartment rental
Spacious ground-floor apartment with a private garden offering a side view of the ocean. It features two completely private terraces with both sun and shade. Ideally located, 450 meters from the beach and shops, a 10-minute drive from downtown Marbella and 15 minutes from Fuengirola, with a large, private garden that’s very safe for children and offers a view of the sea. Free fiber-optic internet and IPTV. Air conditioning. Easy self-check-in with no time restrictions. Safety features such as smoke detectors and security cameras in the building. Access to the apartment is via a common area, without needing to go through the building’s main entrance. Special cleaning protocols have been implemented in response to COVID-19. Just a few meters from the wooden boardwalk, the Senda Litoral, which connects to Cala de Mijas. Less than a 15-minute drive from downtown Fuengirola and downtown Marbella. A 10-minute walk from the Cabopino Marina. 400 meters from bus stops and taxis. Numerous golf courses less than 1 km away. Internet available at a nearby shopping center. A travel crib, high chair, and changing table for babies are provided at no additional cost; these will be supplied upon request.

Less than 1 km from a 24-hour supermarket. Arrivals outside normal hours and on holidays are permitted upon prior consultation. For late-night arrivals, a dinner and/or breakfast package can be provided at an additional cost (please inquire).
The pool is accessible for people with limited mobility or disabilities; please inquire in advance on a case-by-case basis. Less than a ten-minute drive away you’ll find: Aventura Amazonia, Funny Beach Karting, La Cañada Shopping Center, Miramar Park, and Mijas Water Park; you can also enjoy horseback riding, tennis, golf, hiking, and all kinds of water sports. Children’s playgrounds are a 200-meter walk away. On the area’s beaches, the average price for a beach chair per person per day is 5 euros; some beach bars also include a drink in this price.
The residential complex has direct access to the beach, where there is a restaurant open from 10 a.m. to midnight with live music several days a week, even in winter.
Less than one kilometer away, there are bars, nightclubs, and beach clubs that are open in the evening.

I stayed for over a month, comfortable, clean, great value and the owner Maria will sort any problems immediately. I would highly recommend this property.

My husband and I spent a month here October-November. Maria, the owner, is simply excellent, always on call to deal with any problems - the hot water boiler broke down late one night and she arranged for a new boiler to be installed the next day with no fuss at all. The flat is very clean and well furnished, equipped with everything you need, including fast and free wifi and all the BBC/ITV channels on the television, plus BBC News and CNN. The beach is about 300 metres away via an underpass, or you can take the car down there (although the access road is a bit rough). The shopping centre - Lidl, Supersol, cafes, banks, chemist, Chinese bazaar - is about the same distance, maybe a bit closer. A bit further away is a McDonalds, again within walking distance, and a bit further again is another shopping centre, with more cafes, a big Mercadona, and a British Supermarket (owned by Waitrose and Iceland) selling a really good selection of British goods like HP sauce, Heinz baked beans, Robinsons squash, British sausages, bacon, yogurts, bread, and much, much more. The Calahonda Royale complex is gated and very well maintained. As with most complexes like this, walls are rather thin, so you can hear doors slamming, furniture being moved etc, plus there were quite a few dogs in the area while we were there and these seemed to enjoy a yapping chorus every so often. The apartment has easy access, being close to the gate and on the ground floor, thus having the added bonus of a sunny garden out the back. We hired a car for the month (although the bus stop Malaga/Marbella is just about 200 metres away), and at this time of year were able to park on the street.
Overall, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay here and I would heartily recommend to anyone considering it.
