Casahost - Casa Elu Lanzarote

The location was brilliant to say it’s on the strip it was quite the place was so clean and great communication with host we really enjoyed it .

L'emplacement et le confort de l'appartement.

Le manque de communication avec la team casahost. Nous avions réservé pour 5 personnes dont une qui devait dormir dans le canapé du salon, certes confortable, mais cavec un seul drap housse, et un très fin dessus de lit, sans drap...il a fallu 48h pour obtenir une couette...les 2 premières nuits n'ont pas été agréables surtout que la température extérieure ne dépassait pas 16 17 degré. Il manquait pas mal de choses dans la cuisine qui nous ont été livrés 48h après avec la couette. Il manque quelques torchons pour la cuisine, 2 seraient les bienvenus...heureusement que nous avions prévu... Panne électrique que nous avons résolue, de l'eau tombant du cumulus sur une prise électrique...la team m'a répondu que nous utilisions certainement trop d'appareil électrique....réponse à côté de la plaque. Bref, dommage car l'appartement est très bien, avec un peu plus de réaction delà part des gestionnaires tout aurait été parfait...mais les prochains résidents auront ce qu'il faut.

Location is perfect. 5 mins walk to beach. Close to many restaurants and bars. No problem with noise. Kitchen is well furnished. Large bedroom is very comfy. Nice sea view from balcony, sitting room and large bedroom. Aircon in both bedrooms. We loved the electronic keypad for entry. No need to bring a key, so handy. Friendly and accommodating staff. We had both an early check in and a late checkout, very much appreciated!! Overall we were quite happy with the apartment and had a great holiday. We were particularly happy with the location.

We were 3 adults. The single beds were not so comfy for adults. But would be perfect for children, teens and younger adults. We had a problem with smell of drains in bathroom, which we handled ourselves, but it was a pity it wasn’t addressed before checkin, as doesn’t make a great first impression. There are around 2-3 flights of outside stairs to get from street level to the apartment. Would be a problem for anybody with mobility issues or having a child’s buggy. Or if you have a heavy suitcase! The pool is gorgeous but deep. Almost 2m. Would be a concern for families. There is a small very shallow toddler pool, but most children will want to go in the big pool. The sun loungers around the pool are hard plastic. Not so cozy for a long stay. It would be great to have cushions available in Apt for both balcony and pool sun loungers. (On plus side Pool area always had sun loungers available, and the pool is fab for adult swimmers.)
