This property is in a fantastic location and is a lovely spacious villa. The host Maria was excellent, however the only fault I would have is there is no Air Conditioning in the villa. What is there are fans that you can leave plugged in during the night but they only circulate the hot air and the bedroom gets very stuffy. As Puerto Del Carmen is always really hot, air conditioning is a must. This would be a fantastic place to stay if there was air conditioning. There is no pool but you are only 2 minutes to the beach and right beside the bars and restaurants.

Great Location, stones throw to everything in New Town side of PDC.

Bars nearby with very loud music until 2am . One bathroom for 6 guests unsuitable, . It has a washing machine but no drying facilities. Nn sunbed which one would expect in an outside area. Check out is at 10.30am with no luggage holding facility. Poor quality towels with just 1bath 1hand per person for total stay Bad value for money overall.
