About this villa rental
This is a beautifully furnished private villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (sleeps a maximum of 6) in total comfort. On a lovely development within a 5/7 minute walk to the main Avenida in Puerto del Carmen and 5 minute drive to the local 18 hole golf course. Large sun terraces, landscaped gardens. Fully walled for total privacy with a private pool. Very family friendly. A good selection of restaurants, bars and supermarket are located within easy walking distance of the villa.The villa has free unlimited wifi and sky sports and sky movie channels
The villa has had more upgrades in 2018/2019 with 2 new bathrooms and a new kitchen and the most recent upgrade was the pool was refurbished in May 2019

This is the second time this year we have stayed at Palm villa. It’s like home from home. 7-8 mins walk to the main strip. Pizza place and super markets 2 mins away. Parrots visit you and hand feed. Lovely villa with a large pool.

Pool was dirty but I cleaned it. Damp in one of the rooms but it didn’t bother us as we didn’t sleep in that room. Beautiful villa. I Would stay again. Every thing inside was perfectly clean.
