It is truly ideal for the solo traveller. It has a little court yard outside. So close to the promenade and everything was walking distance. The apartment itself is really nice and clean and comfortable and has all things needed for a work trip.
Although we know there is Loadshedding. I would suggest having at least a camp light available for the people staying there. We do not really travel with extra lights and things. I think you have to have some sort of back-up light even if battery operated or need charging for loadshedding when you book out your space.
It is located near all the buzz of the city, so can get a bit noisy. That just needs some getting use to. If you want to walk every where and experience proper CT. It is well located.
