The property was lovely had everything you needed. Was close to everything in sea point.
The front door needs a bit of attention as it’s very difficult to open. Unfortunately during our stay the was construction happening and it was super annoying. As we were unable to enjoy the roof top bar during the day as the workers would look down apon you.

The location was convenient and the apartment layout was practical. The space itself has potential and the check-in process was smooth.
During our stay we encountered several issues. We saw multiple cockroaches in the kitchen area (around the fridge and under the microwave) on different days, which raised hygiene concerns, especially in a self-catering apartment.
In addition, the livingroom lamp was not working and the toaster was not functioning.
We reported these issues on the 19th but did not receive any response during the remainder of our stay.
