One bedroom apartment on the second floor with private entrance. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located apartment. Short drive to newly renovated downtown North Tonawanda with many bars, restaurants, the Erie Canal Gateway Park, and the Historic Riviera Theater. Twenty minutes to downtown Buffalo, twenty minutes to Niagara Falls. Walking distance to Mayor's Park and a walking path along the Erie Canal. Quiet, safe neighborhood.

This was my 2nd stay at this property, and it was perfect again. It was spotless, comfortable and convenient for visiting family in the area. It was so nice to have air conditioning as it was unseasonably warm for North Tonawanda this visit. Can’t say enough about how nice this property, and the neighborhood is. Very quiet and private. Will definitely rent here again for future visits.
