This is a residential home, not a resort — the draw here is the neighbourhood itself: quiet, tree-lined, and close to grocery stores, golf courses, and everyday essentials, with easy access to the QEW for commuting and a short drive to the Falls, the casino, and downtown Niagara Falls when you want a night off.

You'll have the entire home to yourself for the length of your stay — all three bedrooms, the full kitchen and living space, in-unit laundry, and your dedicated parking spot. Self check-in makes arrival simple, even after a long travel day.

Situated in the Willoughby / Montrose area of southern Niagara Falls (near Chippawa).
Key nearby roads: Montrose Road, Main Street (Chippawa) and Oakwood Drive. Nearest neighbourhood amenities (groceries, fast food, service shops) are along Montrose/Oakwood and at nearby commercial nodes; major tourist areas (Niagara Falls, Clifton Hill) are about 10–15 km north.

By car is the most convenient option—local streets and regional roads connect quickly to the QEW/Highway 420 for travel across the region.

Public transit: Niagara Region Transit / Niagara Falls local routes serve Montrose and nearby corridors; service frequency is limited compared with urban cores, so trips may require a short walk to a bus stop or a transfer in Thorold/Montrose.

Cycling and walking are possible for short local trips but sidewalks and active-transport links are less continuous than in residential or downtown areas.

Rideshare and taxi services operate in the region for point-to-point travel.
