Disaster and disheartening

We were unable to check in as someone else was already in the room when we tried to check in. We were left stranded with our kids for over an hour. Eventually we had to book another hotel for the night. This is the worst experience we have ever had on bookings.com. The host later called to explain the mix up in the booking and paid for the price difference for the new hotel we booked for the night.

A wonderful stay in an amazing home away from home!

Gurmeet, the host, was nice, very helpful and allowed us a late checkout and provided a thoughtful welcome basket upon our arrival. The apartment itself was awesome too - sleek, charming, tranquil, modern and spacious with a great AC system. We always felt safe and relaxed there. And it’s just a short drive to Clifton Hill and only small walk to nearby stores and restaurants. Extremely comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for our stay! There was plenty of space for us both and nice natural light was flowing throughout the apartment during our stay. Stocked with supplies such as laundry detergent, tea/coffee and all the toiletries you could need - we really appreciated it. The fast internet and a big, Smart Tv were welcome bonuses. Would love to return again!

Overall a great stay.

The location was great. The coffee and tea that was provided was a bonus. We had good hot water. I liked the little outside sitting area. Thankful for the laundry detergent to wash clothes. Even being next to a main road it was quiet.

The door code and opening the door was aggravating at times. The couch was a little soft and sunk down but that’s just my opinion.

The location to the falls was close. The apartment was very clean and everything seem so new.

Everything was wonderful for a family stay. The entire house was very clean. The kitchen was very modern and it had everything you would need in a home. The fact that it had two bathrooms was super for my family we didn't have to share bathrooms. Laundry was included which was a bonus.

A little more covering to protect the porch from rain. The outside porch area was great but we couldn't enjoy it because the rain fell and the furniture was wet for our duration of the stay. Everything else was really great. it felt like a home not just a stay over.

Very nice and cozy apartment, well-equipped, with a lot of love for detail.

The building's A/C unit is located directly next to one of the bedrooms and is very noisy even when not cooling the apartment. It was impossible for us to sleep in that room. Since it was just us (2 adults + 1 child) we could all sleep in one bed without too much discomfort. Further, the A/C thermostat automatically reset to some preset values several times a day, which was annoying. It's a real pity, since this would clearly have been a 10 point stay otherwise.

Absolutely Amazing!

This adorable apartment was absolutely amazing. It was clean and just the right size for my husband and I. It was close to the falls, just short drive away. There was alot of food choices nearby also. The host was amazing and extremely helpful.

The condo is super modern, very clean and has everything to help you enjoy your stay. Also, the location is perfect too, very close to the falls and Cliffton Hill - 5 minute drive.

Fantastic location for a great getaway

No need to improve! My husband keeps saying he would love to go back there It’s a super convenient location, close enough to everything but far enough away to not be congested with traffic and people. We really loved our time there. The ensuite bathroom was a beautiful touch that I wasn’t expecting either. I would love to see what the place is like in the summer with the cute little patio outside

L'appartartamento è nuovo, dotato di ogni confort. Si trova a circa 2,5 km dalle Niagara Falls Cura dei particolari e molto accogliente. Dettaglio molto importante è la presenza di 2 bagni, uno per ogni camera.Doccia ottima! L'host l'ho sentito.solo.telefonicamente ma è stato molto.gentile e disponile e ci ha fatto trovare un piccolo rinfresco all'arrivo.

L'appartamento è a livello.sotto strada,però è dotato di un sistema di areazione ottimo. Il nostro.soggiorno è stato.breve e non abbiamo percepito questo aspetto come negativo

Acogedora, pero se oye a los vecinos

La casa en general es muy bonita, acogedora.

No está insonorizada y se oye muchísimo (demasiado) el agua de la ducha o del baño de la casa de arriba. Si se duchando arriva estando tú en la cama, parecerá que te está cayendo el agua encima a chorros. Lo mismo cuando tiran de la cadena del baño. También se oye los pasos de los vecinos de arriba. Será que llevo mal oír a los vecinos, pero prefiero no oirlos

L’emplacement, le prix

Ne pas pouvoir brancher notre voiture électrique. On entendait beaucoup les voisins en haut de nous. Manque d’espace pour cuisiner, pas de planche à découper. Le sofa n’est pas confortable, il semble défoncé. J’aurais aimé pouvoir inviter un couple d’amis et leurs enfants pour une petite soirée mais les invités sont interdits.
