The location was perfect. Walking distance to all attractions and sites. Parking was accessible and free! Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The hotel is a very good place to stay, room rate affordable and location.

No breakfast. The location is really good, is near everything in that area. It was a shame we could enjoy the pool, maybe next time. Recommend your guests not to go to the chinese restaurant around the corner, the food es terrible!!

Amazing value budget stay with great staff and super central (just be aware of location if solo)

The staff were absolutely phenomenal. Shout out to Marianne who helped me when I lost my phone near the falls. I would have been lost without her. I can say the rooms are very comfy and clean and the pool is a lovely addiction. Extremely good value for money.

As a solo traveller the location was a little unnerving as it was down an alleyway not far from Clifton Hill fairground. On one occasion there was a unhoused person in the car park who approach me and then started abusing the staff but this was handled well and resolved quickly. Would be fine for a larger group but as a single person I felt a little vulnerable at times

Wouldn’t stay here again

Nothing our room smelt like weed and the balcony/patio area had what felt like prison bars from ground to ceiling, pointless having French doors

Excellent Location!

Loved the location of this hotel. You are right in the heart of the action. Walking distance to everything. No ice machine, but the front desk is happy to give you a bag of it if you ask. This hotel is a little dated but clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to most places and bus stops. Staff was very friendly. Very quiet room. Best coffee I have ever had at a hotel. Bathroom had been renovated. Great value for the money.

I wish there had been a fridge to keep drinks but the office gave us ice every day to keep them in. View from our room wasn't good but we were not there for the view from a hotel.

Econo Lodge Niagara falls

Good location. Right at Clifton Hill and Victoria. The rooms were clean Coffee maker in the room They kept our luggage in the office after checkout as we were not leaving the falls until night

Charging a $250 fee on your credit card Never had this happen anywhere. I've traveled to Niagara many times. It takes 3 to 4 business days for it to come back. We only stayed overnight We had to walk across the car park as the pool was in another building. We are seniors. If this had been colder months we couldn't have done it. No fridge in rooms Staff who checked us in never greeted us. Just told us to give id and sign. Pretty bad 😞 Checking out the guy was great. Chatted with us. We put our luggage in the office and we stayed until night to do tourist attractions When we came back the staff person on duty was personable

Comfortable and great location

I would say please stay here if you visit Niagara Falls. The location good and everything walkable like Skylon, boat trip to falls, night life, arcade Clifton Hill attractions, eatery, kids activities and so on. Staff are good very helpful. Ample free parking across the property if this overflows. No breakfast though.

No breakfast or a lobby to wait. If few folks are checking in you might be queuing up and standing on the road.

Perfect location

Needs updating!! Beds and bedding were old but clean. Shower was good but temperature wasn’t consistant and bathtub “paint” was peeling.

It was a bad stay due to a variety of reasons

I didn’t like much about the property but the ambiance was nice.

The staff a lady from the hotel called me around 6 she was so rude not understanding the rules and regulations she wasn’t following of booking.com plus the bedroom didn’t have comfortable lights like you can barely see in the bedroom the washroom was dirty and the bed spread / sheets had small small insects even the carpets and their was a bad odor smell in the room 384$ is a waste of time in this hotel especially the Indian staff they were so rude to me

Great stay. Friendly service and large rooms!

Great location! Only steps from the Clifton Hill Experience, Sky Wheel, Attractions. Good parking access. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 24/7 desk service. The only thing which was inconvenient is that there were no refrigerator in the room, so you have to go to the front desk, but ice was free and readily available. Coffee maker in room and good coffee. I felt very safe there. Would book a room there again.

The location outweighs the smell 😁

Location! Location! Location! It's right where the action is, so you can never go wrong with the location of the hotel. Amusement, fun rides, restaurants, shopping are within arm's reach. Price wise, it is all worth it!!!

Value for money

It was in a nice location with a transit stop right in front of it, plus so many shops. And the room rent was great even in a long weekend. And we booked just one day before. The room was quiet, and the bed was so comfortable. Overall, the experience was good.

We felt bad smell in the corridors, which may be because of poor ventilation.

Never again

Location, location, location. For family it is ideal. Close to all the activities.

Arrived 2h before check in, they charged us 15$ for parking for these 2h. We are largely post covid, but we had to wait outside for check in. Interior pool was a must for us, but it was so cold that the kids stayed less that 5 minutes. Walls are so thin we hear the other clients. Locking mechanism for room doors is so loud, it wakes you up alltrough the night. Employee chasing us as we go pick up stuff in our cars to ensure we paid parking (as if we were not client at the hotel)

Worst experience ever!

Extremely unhappy with our experience. Your front desk staff has gone out of the way to trouble us. Waited 30 min for check in, your receptionist Harman was very rude and snapped at us and then gave us the noisiest room on the property which was opposite the pool and adjacent to a big group who had caused us inconvenience during check in. We had a little boy with us who got disturbed each time someone came to the pool. The hotel room was okay as such and so was the rest of your staff however we didn't expect to be treated like this by your front desk. Not only was she rude she also lied shamelessly. Worst experience ever!
