Tony was very quick to respond to messages. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. It has cheap microfiber sheets and the fitted sheet would not stay on the mattress so during the night you would end up with it bunched up under you and you would be sleeping on the mattress cover. The furniture covers are not as pictured on VRBO and they were very annoying because they would not stay in place.

The house was as described. It was within walking distance of the Falls and restaurants. It had the space and items that we needed. Would stay here again.

We had a great time during our stay. The 4 bedrooms were perfect for our group of four guys on a mini golf trip. The location was ideal, just a short walk to downtown. The house was clean and matched the description exactly. Our host was prompt in responding to any questions and was incredibly accommodating.

This location is a quick walk to Clifton Hill. You can easily catch the WEGO to get to all attractions from here. The house is clean, but dated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host is responsive, but not intrusive. Great value, especially if you have a large group.

It was in a nice area but wasn’t that close to the falls (1.2 miles). The beds were uncomfortable and small/short. Sheets need to be upgraded as they were not soft and mattresses seemed old. Manager’s communication was excellent though and check-in/out was easy.

The owner answered any questions we had.This house was not up to our standards. It said it was old and that it is. I would not stay here againor or recommend it to my friends, too many negatives for a Sr. group of ladies. You get what you pay for.

This home is ideal in relation to its convenience to activities near Niagara Falls. We were able to walk to all of the places we wanted to visit. It was clean and adequately supplied with clean linens and kitchen supplies. My husband and I and our friends were quite comfortable and pleased to find this home at a great value.

The property is just as expected on the listing. It's a no frills stay that is centrally located near Clifton Hills which makes a weekend stay very convenient. The host is very easy to reach and the check-in was a breeze!

You could not have asked for a better location. Within a mile walking distance to the falls and many attractions. House was clean and very quaint, it reminded me of my aunts old farm house. The floors are a little lopsided and a bit dated, but i am okay with that. The check in and out process was extremely easy. The only complaint i could have is the beds were shorter than what we have at home. Our 6 foot men had a hard time sleeping in them. Otherwise i loved the location and homieness of the house.

Toni's property was conveniently located and close to all the things we wanted to do in Niagara Falls. Everything was within walking distance from the house, we barely needed to drive anywhere, which was great for us. The property itself could use a little updating but it was fine for what it was.

Location was great, the owner responders to my messages very quickly, but the house is old( I get that) but it is in need of a good cleaning top to bottom. We had a few major issues which I hope are properly taken care of before it is rented again. And because of these issues, I would prob not rent here again.

Tony’s place was awesome, 10 minute walk to downtown and 20 to Canadian Falls! The television took some trial and error with the remotes, and the cleanliness of the house overall was ok. We washed all of our dishes before using them as they were dirty but not a huge deal!
