Located within 3 km (2 mi) from the Niagara Falls, this lovely two-level 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in a private house with a separate entrance is close to restaurants, wineries, theaters and parks. This 600 sq ft (60 sq m) property with fully equipped kitchen and a private patio can house up to 6 guests and is kid-friendly. Guest parking and laundry facilities are available.

The property features a spacious living room with exposed brick as well as 3 bedrooms with а double bed in each room, 2 full bathrooms and ample closet space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all the necessary dishes and utensils. The property features full climate control, free wifi and a large flat screen TV equipped with smart phone integration. High chair and child folding bed are provided upon request. The apartment worked well for my family; we were in town for a family wedding so we didn’t spend much time there. It was clean and the beds were comfy. Kitchen seemed well-equipped, though we didn’t make any meals there. One thing to note is that the there no door for the loft bedroom so it can be quite loud if others are still gathered in the living room. Also, there is only one parking spot available, not two as the listing says, but we were able to park on the grass near the driveway. The location was great with easy access to the Niagara Parkway.

Everything was immaculate. The beds were comfortable and the accommodations overall were quite good. The hostess was so nice and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. It is very close to the WeGo bus, so very conveniently located. We really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was well furnished and very clean. I enjoyed the fact that it was 2 blocks from the city bus stop, which made it so convenient to get where we needed to go. A great stay!
