The house also features a large, new south-facing terrace with an awning, two lounge chairs, a large table, and four chairs. The cushions for the terrace chairs are inside the house. Adjacent to the terrace is a large lawn, perfect for playing. The parking lot is across from the house, so you can easily carry your groceries inside without having to walk far or exert yourself. The floors in the children’s room, hallway, and kitchen are vinyl; the living room has laminate flooring; the bedroom is carpeted; and the bathroom is tiled.
Our house is a smoke-free home. However, you’re welcome to enjoy a cigarette on the patio.
For our younger guests, the playground and soccer field are just a few steps away, where they can run around to their heart’s content. Parents can keep an eye on their children right from the house. The house is located right on the path to the beautiful Baderwäldlesee, which is just a few minutes away. Both adults and children will enjoy this quiet, cozy lake. In the summer, you can swim there; in the winter, you can go out onto the ice.

The car-free Hochbergle vacation resort may only be accessed by car on the day of arrival and departure for the comfort of all guests. This allows children to move about freely while adults enjoy the peace and quiet. For our younger guests, there’s also table tennis, a soccer field, a large playground, a swimming lake just a few minutes away, and a toboggan run where they can let off steam. The “Hochberglestuben” restaurant caters to guests’ needs with affordable dishes and traditional Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine (for a fee). The charming vacation town of Lechbruck am See offers shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities.
