Welcome to CurrenSea! You’re sure to have a great vacation staying at this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit located on Perdido Key Drive! This unit has been completely refurbished and updated. This two level unit is located directly across the street from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! You will have access to the beach via a short walk over a boardwalk. Relax in paradise in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse unit. You will have water views from the front balcony as well as from the living area. Rest up after a long day at the beach in the comfortable living room where there is ample seating on the sectional sofa (queen sleeper sofa). The kitchen/dining area features a dining table and kitchen bar with room to seat 8. The kitchen is well stocked and has stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you will need to prepare fabulous meals!
This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Please note, one car is included in the initial price. One additional car can be added for an additional parking pass fee of $50.00, which will need to be requested after you book.
The master bedroom has a California king bed with comfortable bedding, flat screen tv, and access to a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. Both of the guest bedrooms are located on the lower level, please note there is a spiral staircase that takes you down to the lower level or you can access through an outside door on the ground floor. One of the guest bedrooms has a king bed and flat screen tv. The second bedroom has a full bed.
The star of this unit are the balconies, there are 3 total. All are furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture. The front balcony has seating for 4 and has gulf views. The second balcony off of the master bedroom overlooks the community pool and has sweeping nature views. The third balcony is on the lower level and also has sweeping nature views. You can view stunning sunsets from the balconies. In the garage area you will find a full size washer and dryer. Conveniently located within a 5 minute drive of the shops and restaurants in Perdido Key, This unit is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing getaway!

Listing was accurate, had everything we needed, nice location, short walk to the beach, check in was easy. Loved the bed! More comfortable than the bed I have at home. Enjoyed our stay.

This spot is great for a family. As other reviews have noted extra attention should be taken with the spiral staircase connecting the downstairs bedrooms to the upstairs space. The floor planks have some separation issues as if they were not installed correctly. Kitchen needs some updating. But it's a good spot for the location and easy walk to the beach.

I feel like the property listing purpously attempted to hide certain details of the property. In order to get from the first floor to the second floor of the property you can either take a very little, metal spiral staircase, or you can go outside and walk up the outdoor steps for the whole complex. My elderly mother in law was unable to climb the stairs inside so every time she wanted to go upstairs she had to go outside and walk up the outside steps. The first day we were here the handle to the Bathtub upstairs fell off in my hand, luckily my husband used to be a plumber so he just immediatly fixed it. The peel and stick flooring in the front room is loose in several places and sides back and forth when you walk. There was no dust pan available so I just used a piece of cardboard everytime I swept. The vacuum in the closet was filthy when I pulled it out to sweep the rug, and it was full of dirt from previous vacuuming. We also were not informed that they were going to be doing construction in the parking lot for 2 days during our stay so we were asked both days in the morning to move our car so they could pour and smooth gravel. We have young children so we are up early and it wasn't a horrible inconvenience for us but had we liked to sleep in on vacation that would have been very aggravating especially without knowing up front. Their pool is beautiful but not heated so it will only be useful in the summer months. With a little bit of TLC, and transparency I thi
