Welcome to Octopus's Garden! Bring the family to this elegant, spacious & comfortable townhouse located in the Lost Key gated community in Perdido Key, Pensacola, FL. You’re just a short walk or drive from the white sugar sand & emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse can sleep 6 people and up to 2 dogs. Please message host with your dog type and size, extra fee will apply. This home features coastal decor & is well-appointed with comfortable furniture. It has everything you will need for the perfect beach vacation including a fully equipped kitchen & large porch.
This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset & Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative & nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). With multiple floors, this is open-concept living at its best with plenty of space & privacy. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to prepare your meals including utensils, cookware, & small appliances. The dining table has room for 4 & there is seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. There is free wifi along with 3 smart TV's (streaming services) .
During your stay you will enjoy free admission to the Lost Key Beach Club located across the street. You can walk or take the complimentary shuttle that is provided on a seasonal schedule to this private beach. This open-air complex is a beachfront oasis available exclusively for Lost Key residents & guests. The club offers private beach access, swimming pool, locker rooms with showers, & seasonal beach service. There is also a restaurant at the club (hours vary) for purchase of food, snacks & beverages. Beach Club hours vary by season. Contact the manager for questions regarding the Beach Club schedule as it changes based on season & staffing.

Golf/Carts/Electric Vehicles: Golf carts are to never be parked or driven on the grass. Except for quick stops at a Townhouse where they may remain in the driveway, they are to always be parked inside the garage. Note the intent of "quick stops" is a stop of less than 15 to 30 minutes. Renters or owners who are renting a golf cart MUST BE PRESENT for delivery and pickup/return of a golf cart rental. Golf cart must remain inside garage at all other times, including immediately after delivery. Violation of these rules: $50.00 per day of violation

We loved staying at the condo. It was clean and there were plenty of dishes etc available. The shuttle back and forth to the beach was easy and convenient. Check in process was seamless and communication with the property owners was very easy.

Lost Key Resort was the ideal location for a week-long vacation to Perdido Key Beach! Patti & Dan made coordination a breeze, and the Salt Meadow townhome was brand-new, clean, cozy and came equipped with everything we needed. The resort pool, gym, and golf course were the perfect amenities, and we were a short walk away from the beach and club. Simply, an amazing stay! Our highest recommendation!

The property was perfect for our family and fur baby! Beautiful home with everything we needed, including 4 beach chairs. Excellent community with easy access to golf club, beach and pools. We had the best week, thank you for sharing such a lovely spot. My kiddos are already asking when we can come back.
