This beautiful, Gulf-front vacation rental includes large patio doors in the living area and main bedroom that lead to a lovely outdoor space with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features of this elegant and chic condo include a well-equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The main bathroom includes a walk-in shower and twin sinks. Each bedroom and the living area have TVs and DVD players for your entertainment. This condo also offers free WiFi to keep you connected on vacation.

This is a non-smoking vacation rental, which applies both inside the home and on the balcony. (There is a dedicated smoking area in the parking lot.) This policy is strictly enforced.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

The property was in a great area. Close to Florabama area and Pensecola. View from the balcony was breathtaking.
Had a couple issues in the unit but was able to contact the property management company during our stay.
We would have liked more blankets for the unit, so we just purchased some of our own.
There were some issues with the cleanliness of the unit, which I made them aware of.
All in all it was an OK place to stay for what we needed.

The location is great, the beach area and beach service was great and we loved the covered parking. On first glance the condo is nice but there were a lot of little things that are just worn out and needed basic maintenance. Bathroom sink completely clogged and no one ever showed up to fix it after request for maintenance. The dishwasher door doesn’t open all the way and the gasket is broken. The washer is nice but the dryer is full of rust and the lint screen is broken. The kitchen sink is leaking underneath. The fridge was leaking and the ice maker was broken but maintenance came same day to fix. The furniture was nice, beautiful view from the balcony and the kitchen has all the basics. All in all we would definitely stay at Windmere again but likely not this exact condo.
