This spectacular one-bedroom plus bunks condo has an open and spacious floor plan. The living area hosts a sofa bed, TV, and beachfront balcony access! Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to the covered terrace. The main bedroom is equipped with a beautiful bed and en suite bathroom. The bunk area is in the hallway. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to create the perfect meal, including upgraded appliances, a double sink, plenty of counter space, and all the small appliances and utensils necessary to get cooking. The dining table has plenty of seating.

Location was awesome! Easy access to the beach from the first floor. If you have a wagon to pull, the mat over the dunes makes it easy to pull the wagon to the sand. High ceilings made the unit bright and airy. Plenty of towels in the unit. I used the washer/dryer combo a couple of times. There is a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. I do not cook on vacation- but the kitchen was stocked with all you would need. Full size refrigerator is nice. Having the extra half bath comes in handy. There isn’t a screen on the sliding door, but it is a good heavy door that easily slides open. A taller table and chairs on the balcony would have been nice. The pool area had plenty of chairs and there is a restroom on that level. We enjoyed our visit!

Great condo with amazing views !

The condo was a perfect get away place. Very clean and cozy. The parking and communication were terrible. The bottom garage parking had a 6”8 clearance and the top parking had a tight, narrow turn. We were in a slightly modified F-250 and couldn’t park at the property. When it was brought to their attention, they told us to park in the “over flow” parking across the street which was also a tow away zone. You could also see that other vehicles have scraped their cars on the walls. I do not recommend bringing a larger vehicle!
